Returns for any reason
In the first 30 days if you decide that your purchase is not just right, we will accept a return for exchange or refund. This can be for any reason as long as it is in the same condition and all tags and labels are still attached.
Your refund will be issued to the same credit card (or PayPal) used for the original purchase (if possible). Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
Shipping costs are not refundable unless the item is damaged.
Attached to the packing slip are the instructions on our return process. In the event that you cannot locate your packing slip, please contact TheHatShop.com at 844-573-3186 for a return authorization.
Once we receive your item, we will send you an email confirmation letting your know that we've received it. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the credit to be reflected in your account. Allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Our exchange process is a "return followed by a new purchase". After the exchange is completed, you will see the original charge, a credit for the return, then a new charge on your credit card/paypal for the new item. The return and new order activity will not post simultaneously and will be processed as two separate transactions through your account.
